If you are pregnant please book an appointment with the Midwife at Reception
The Antenatal Clinic is held every Friday morning at Annfield Plain Surgery

Minor Surgery
We have minor surgery sessions held at Annfield Plain Surgery for minor procedures, such as the removal of lumps and bumps but these have to meet strict NHS value-based commissioning criteria which are outside of our control.
Appointments for this service must be made by your Doctor and take place approximately once per month
Driving, Fostering and Occupational Medicals
Please ask about your requirements. A fee will usually apply. These are not NHS services, and can only be accommodated at certain times. If an eye test is required for HGV, PCV or taxi medicals, please arrange this separately at an optician.
Baby Clinic
The Baby clinic is held every Monday afternoon and is available for Well baby Checks and Vaccinations
Chaperone Service
Occasionally a chaperone may be needed, or requested during an examination by a doctor.
Should you wish to have a chaperone during your appointment please ask the Reception staff.
All Staff have receive Chaperone training which fulfill the requirements for confidentiality that all practice staff abide by.
