How to get your Repeat Prescription
There are 5 ways that you can access your Repeat Prescription:

Patient Online - if you have registered for this service you can order your Repeat Prescription online wherever you have access to the Internet. Please CLICK HERE to access this site
2. At Reception - Please tick the box on the tear off slip from your last prescription with only those items you wish to order this time.
3. By Post - please mail the tear off slip from your last prescription to the Surgery with only those items you wish to order on this occasion.
4. Through the letter box - please put the tear off slip from your last prescription, with only those items you wish to order on this occasion through the surgery letter box at entrance B.
